We begin at five in the evening at the main pavilion. Bring a favorite family dish to share as we catch up and register.

A full day of games, storytelling, and group photos.

We gather at 10am for a morning of gratitude, remembrance, and a warm bruncht before departing our separate ways.

Our Gathering Grounds

The Historic Main Hall

All weekend events center around the historic main hall and its surrounding oak-shaded picnic pavilions. This timeless space offers room for indoor storytelling, archival scanning, and expansive outdoor games.

Located just off the main highway, the venue provides modern comforts while preserving the rustic, nostalgic charm that honors Isaiah and Pearl's legacy.
